The actual Air balancing process includes a number of related test and adjustments in the dampers & the equipment by using calibrated instruments. The proper air Balancing will reflect, the performance of your Air condi tioning and Heating system.
Negative Pressure & Debris Removal. Afterwards, the technician will arrange the vacuum collection unit - it is important to create negative air pressure in the air ducts to make sure dust, dirt and other debris do not spread around the house and get collected in to the vacuum collection unit.

We do install & commissioning of zone control system based on your duct design. It uses multiple thermostats to connect a central control panel to open and shut dampers distributed throughout your ductwork, thus blocking or releasing hot or cold air. You set the temperature for each zone via each thermostat and the zone control system does the rest of the work for you.
VRF is a highly efficient, ductless HVAC system technology that operates on a large scale. Unlike split ACs, VRF systems can accommodate multiple indoor units.
We support our clients for commissioning of newly complet ed installations and existing ones after major alteration. Before carrying out Final startup we strictly follow pre-com missioning to ensure that the installation complies with all relevant statutory requirements and regulations, the compo nents and systems are in a satisfactory and safe condition. Preliminary adjustment and setting of equipment at this stage shall also be carried out at the same time analyses the field voltage stability and do the necessary steps prior start up like; Accuracy of power termination, energizing Crank case heaters for the compressor’s etc. We capture the record performance data of the whole startup commission ing as the baseline for future operation and maintenance. A functional performance test report covering all measured data, data sheets, and a comprehensive summary describ ing the operation of the system, which will hand over to the clients.
